Frustration

Hi, I spoke to a couple of people and was frustrated to the highest level and ****ed off. Suzanne (excuse the spelling) was my saving grace. I'm glad I spoke to her, very efficient, my day was made. It was a real 360 for Liquid capital and I'm considering extending my service plan. Suzanne is one of the good ones that still value customer service.10/10
