The service and maintenance plan i had for four years came to an end in May. An agent from liquid capital called me to extend, i agreed. He offered me a service plan going for R250 and maintenance plan for R387 for 24 months. I took the latter knowing how useful the previous one was when my car got old. So when they started the monthly debit they took R387, a few weeks back i called to make a claim, i was told i cannot make that certain claim for a service plan. They had to go through the recordings and everything to get proof that i took a maintenance plan. I just received a call from an agent saying they made a mistake, i have been paying for a service plan all along. So i asked her whose mistake was this? she said "ours Mam" and actually the maintenance plan i have to pay R500 per month, seriously. Did i waste my money calling thinking things will be fixed, only to be told ill pay extra money. No ethics whatsoever.
