********** services
In June of this year my wife and I secured vehicle service plans with Liquid Capital. Ive requested the policy documents to verify information and provide clarity on certain rules associated with the policy. After numerous attempts through telephone and by email I had finally received my documents (attached) but have not received my wife’s to date. In September 2017 I called Liquid Capital (LC) to inform them that I am going to take my wife car for a service and requested policy documentation to this effect. They assured me that my wife’s account is active and there should be no problem. Again no policy documents sent. On the morning of 6 October 2017 after delivering my wife’s car to the dealer. Later that morning the Dealer notified me that the service plan authorisation was declined. The reason provided was that my car needed to be in for its 120 000 km service. Currently the car is on approximately 50 000 km. This however is its 6th service. I immediately called LC only to be faced with confusion. I spoke to consultant after consultant each with various levels of inability and an extreme lack of a sense of urgency. Eventually got to a Mr Lebogang Leluma who took unusually long to get back to me regarding the actual reason for the claim to be declined/not declined and various kinds of vague reasoning. He was the most in determinant extremely vague in all responses to any question asked. I informed that this issue must be resolved before I pick up the vehicle as that very day as I will be liable for the cost of the service. He assured me that the problem will be investigated. At 6 hrs later I had no word from LC. I eventually was forces to contact them and again Mr Lebogang in his super ability at being unprofessional vague as a customer care person informed me that they have loaded the policy incorrectly and I need to provide them with permission to correct it (LOL). I eventual had to pay for the service on which I have being paying for a policy to cover . Ive contacted lawyers to take this further.
