I took out a maintenance plan for my Renault Duster in March 2018. The sales consultant Brandon Pillay billed me for both a service plan and maintenance plan on the same vehicle. Examining my bank statements I noticed an extra R700 been debited off my account. I sent several emails requesting all plans to be sent by Brandon Pillay. Finally I contact customer care, Nomathemba Mazibuko assisted with cancelling the service plan that Brandon Pillay **********ly took out on my behalf. But where are my 2 months premiums that I paid? I have been trying since May to get my refund. Where is my money?

I received such poor service. I wish there was a way that the Imperial Group could understand how they affect consumers.
