My service plan was not honoured. Apparently it's supposed to cover my car @ 165000kms. But my car on has 135000kms. My plan is a 36 months plan. So when the plan is supposed to cover me for serving of the car. The cover will stop. So I'm just Santa Clause @ the moment giving away free money. For cover that will never really start. So what am I paying for??? Been calling since the 9th to check my cover & have it ammended. Spoke to call centre. Advised my policy would need to be ammended. Took my car in for a service which was declined. Based on the above. Which I now had to pay for. Nothing but a *****. As premiums are being deducted monthly. Please advise.
