<p>I bought a service plan in may last year and my car was on 100 000km. I was told they not gonna cover it for 105 000 km before they receive 4 montly premiums. Well i understood and paid for my next service knowing that at least for the 120 000km I'll be covered and of which has happened. The second one for 135 000km service also went well. But the third service which was my last according to the contract was not covered. I was surprised to be called by the dealership saying your service plan has expired at 147599 so the service plan say they not gonna pay. I called the service plan but didn't get a solution but only " we understand but we apologies sir" . I still dont understand coz my car is sitting on 150 087km but the service plan say i would have send my car in at 147599km. Can somebody tell me if this make any sense? My heart is broken for real. I hate this Liquid capital.</p>
