<p>I have received the worst service ever from Kia Alberton and Liquid Capital. I took my car for a service last year for a 60k km. I asked them to change my brakes and clutch as they have been giving me problems. I also asked them to change my wipers as they have never been changed since I bought the car.. They refused to perform this work. A guy by the name of Ruan was so useless and was clearly taking chances with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>On top of this, My brake Fluid was not replaced and this is covered by my Service Plan.</p> <p>When I asked for these car issues to be addressed, my car was still under maintenance plan and everything would have been covered. </p> <p>A lady from Liquid Capital called me and I told her that the work I asked to be performed was never performed. She said she will deal with the issue but I never heard from her again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been driving this car with these issues until I took it in for a 75k km service yesterday. I asked them to check these issues again and now all of a sudden they tell me my brakes and clutch need replacement. This is after I have been telling them from last year that my brakes and clutch are not in good condition. Now that my car is not on maintenance plan they want me get these issues fixed. I suppose they expect me to pay R13000 for the parts I knew were worn last year. This time I was assisted by Rezante. I told her my issues but she refused to help me still. She has been covering up for Ruan and his incompetence. She's also *********** and doesn't care about the customers. She tells me theories that, "maybe your parts were ok at the time".... I know my car and I know cars more than she thinks.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am not going to let Kia play with me like this. I need this issue addressed and I want Ruan and his colleagues to sort this out and get my car fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will request a recording from Liquid Capital and I also need the lady who helped me to answer for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been following this since April and if you think I will give up and stop chasing this matter then you must think again. If we need to include the law into this matter then I'm more than willing to go there.</p>
