Fradulent Insurance Company Working with MFC

Hello Peter,

I have tyer and mag cover with Liquid capital, my installment is deducted monthly from my MFC Nedbank account.

I joined the cover about 13 months ago, Today I called and asked to claim as my tyres are worn out and I need to travel home. The consultant advised that I go to any Supa Quick outlet, I drove to Midrand Supa Quick and they advised me that "They have since cancelled their policy with Liquid capital due to non-payment''

I tried contacting Liquid Capital and the lines were congested, until I was luck to get hold of one of their consultant named Tee after 3 hours of waiting. He then simply said, ''Just go to another dealer'' without any apology for the inconvenience caused. I got hold of MFC who directed me to go to Tiger Wheels Midrand, The lady by the name of Mathabo confirmed that she had spoken to Tiger Wheels Midrand and I should go and change my tyres there. I went to Tiger Wheels and they confirmed that they not working with liquid capital. I am frustrated with no tyres and my money is gone, MFC is also failing to assist.
