Fantastic Customer service

I had a problem with my car service plan, it has to be amended in order for me to be able to service my car. I called Liquidcapital customer services I got through to Tiisetso Ramogadi. She was an absolute star. She escalated the matter to her manager, emailed me the amendment policy documents, phoned to check whether I received the documents. Advised on the turn around time, and followed through the whole process. She showed so much love and care . Her customer service was unbelievable. Most customer service agents promise to call back, but they never do. Keep up the good work, you turned a frustrating moment into an amazing experience.
