False information and poor management s****s

I took out an externded maintenance policy early march this year only to find out its too expensive as i was still paying for previous premium of which i was not aware, i called in and requested cancellation and refund back , that was done on the 7th of June 2019.. to my surprise i was debited agin the july premium of which i didnt understand why , when i called in they told everything was submitted i should follow up with the cas number that was on the 2nd of july , when i called to follow up , i was told the policy was only cancelled on the 2nd of July , i spoke to Sydney which i was disappointed as when i did the foolow up with Jerome i was only given a case number and didnt even had a decency to apologise about the delay and Sidney told me he is waiting for her manager to sign of the papers and they only do refunds on fridays that was on the 5th of July , i called again to do a follow what is happening im getting no responds that was the following Friday on the 12 of July , i spoke to Mbali and she told me everything is processed , refund is processed and i should be credited by monday dipending on the babk im using but gave me her word everything is done sealed and processed .. its monday today the 15th of July nothing still is happening i called i and i spoke the lady i think she mbali’s manager and she told the way how the policy worked and theres nothing she can she , even if i cancelled in June , there nothing she can do , she found my doccuments lying in her desk and only signed them off today , i asked why was i given false informantion she didnt even care what i was saying because according to her tone her last word stands.. even when her staff gave out out wrong information she doesnt care and she is correct to be lying to clients according her responds , i was so disappointed never missed even a single payment and this is the thank you , you get for asking correct question .. wanted to to take out another policy but i am no thank you the lady was very cold and rude ...
