Extremely Poor service

I am so amazed that in 2018 there is companies that take their clients forgranted. Last year i took up a policy with you guys and never received policy documents so in December i called for the documents and was promised,till today no docs and today i called again spoke to a Noma ref cas310628 who simply refused to transfer me to a manager and then kept me on hold for what seemed like 10 minutes without coming back to me. I am really amazed that you have such people working for you. And i am so glad that your calls are recorded utter nonsense call.
