Extremely Disgusted with Liquid Capital

The clutch on vehicle (Renault Meganne GT) began to shudder so I had asked the dealership to check it during the the 30 000km service. When I purchased my vehicle, I bought a maintenance plan from Liquid Capital so I would not have to pay out of my pocket for certain parts on my vehicle should they need to be changed. The Renault dealership that my vehicle is at had submitted a claim to Liquid Capital to have the clutch changed. Liquid Capital rejected the claim because of my driving behaviour. They have never sat with me whilst driving to be able to make that kind of a decision. According to Liquid Capital the damage was as a result of abnormal wear and tear. According to their authorizations department, they would only replace as a result of normal wear and tear. If the clutch had normal wear and tear, it would last anywhere between 120 000km and 180 000km. Very conveniently, Liquid Capital does not sell a maintenance plan for that mileage hence they would not have to pay to get the clutch changed.

Liquid Capital is very quick to sell you a policy and then find the smallest technicality/loop hole for them not too honour the policy.

I am extremely disgusted that i had to pay for the policy and now on top of the policy cost i must pay to change my clutch as well.
