Extremely Disappointing Overall Service

Absolutely appalling service. I regret signing up for their service plan as they had no intentions of paying out my claims. All details were made available to them yet they failed to communicate that the KMs my vehicle is at, aren't the KMs they're willing to cover. I had to find out the hard way that this plan was useless to me from the get go. I was still being debited for over a year though.

The so called refund was an absolute joke. Close to 50% of my contributions down the drain. Customer satisfaction is clearly not something they pride themselves in. A very frustrating experience and a major inconvenience. The service agents don't even bother to listen to you and consider the facts.

Calls are recorded for this reason but they fail to pull them up when it matters.
