Extremely bad customer care

Liquid Capital had cancelled my service contract with them, with no correspondence. I only picked that up when I had to book my car for a service and called them to open a case and I received an sms saying my case has been resolved yet, no one called or emailed me to advise how the case is resolved. The last person/agent I spoke too was Mbali from Finance who had also promised to call me back.
