Extremely bad and dishonest service from Liquid Capital while taking out an extended service and maintenance plan

Not only have I tried calling this company 3 times today but when I eventually get through to client service, I tell a consultant my issue, she says please hold and next minute I'm back to speaking to the switchboard operator. Below is the email that I sent to customer care;

I am extremely disappointed by the pathetic service that I have currently received from Liquid Capital.

Firstly, why have a customer care number if no one answers the phones? Secondly, when someone does eventually answer and I waste my time telling her my issue, I then get told to hold and get put back to the switchboard.

I have now called 4 times today and have hung on for more than 15 minutes each time.

In the meantime, I am currently speaking to a consultant named Finious. When I called I asked to speak to a manager on duty and I was told that there are no managers available. After I explained my situation, I was told that a manager named Shevani will be contacting me in 30 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago.

My main issue is as follows; I bought a vehicle, a Hyundai iX35 in November 2015. The vehicle was initially purchased in April 2013. When the vehicle was initially purchased, it came with a service and maintenance plan for 5 years or 100 000kms. When I purchased the vehicle, I extended this for another 24 months and extended the plan to 115 000.

I was told this morning, when I took my vehicle into Hyundai that the plan expired on the 24th November 2017.

There is clearly an issue here.

Why on earth would someone take out a new plan while the old plan is still effective?

I was under the impression when I took this plan out that it would only kick in once the old one expired. As a result, I had to pay R1527,20 to get my battery replaced and I get told that my vehicle's service and maintenance plan has expired.

Please can a manager get back to me as a matter of urgency.
