Extended Motor Vehicle Service Plan Contract

<p>My parents purchased a New Kia Rio in June 2011 from Kia East Rand and bought a extended service contract whereby it states as per the contract Period of Cover 60 Months or 60,000km, meaning which ever comes first and Liquid Capital agree with me.</p> <p>We have taken the car for yearly services as their kilometers are so low, under 10,000 km currently on the odometer, Therefore June 2016 should have been the last service, Liquid Capital has refused to pay for this, it cost in the region of R2500.</p> <p>Now when calling the call center I explain this all in detail saying that they have only done 10,000km therefore the months expire first they agree but at the end keep saying it has gone in for its 75,000 km service they just do not understand. After speaking to 3 different people it was handed over to a lady called Ronel who said she would talk to management, she came back to me saying they refuse to pay.</p> <p>As far as I am concerned this is covered, as per the contract, I am due 5 yearly services or 60,000km which ever comes first. </p>
