Expected sms re banking details for payment never received

I took my car for service and I was told by the dealership that I’m not covered by the plan. I called liquid capital and I was promised to be sent the banking details by sms which after about 5 minutes it was still not received. I called again and another consultant who I spoke with said their bank is FNB and will send the bank details but they couldn’t keep their promise and my car wasn’t serviced because of that.
