Excellent service from Tiisetso Ramugadi at LiquidCapital

I recently took my vehicle to an approved dealership and they rejected my claim due to incorrect information that was given to LiquidCapital. The service advisor at the dealership failed to do his job correctly.

I contacted LiquidCapital and spoke to Tiisetso Ramugadi who assured me that I was covered correctly. She asked me to send her proof of the vehicle's previous service history while I was on the call with her. We went through it together, she is patient and knowledgeable. I went back to the dealership and they will rectify their error and obtain the correct authorization.
