Excellent Service (Dolly Kubeka)
Dolly Kubeka saved the day. She was relentless in solving my issue. I had a very sticky situation but she drove the team to get a resolution and at the end of they put the me the customer first and "Did the right". Also a big thanks to Management for supporting it.
