Excellent service - Agent Karabo 🌸

I had trouble with my Car maintenance plan, and I spoke to an agent called Karabo. She delivered excellent service. She was friendly and she contacted me every step of the way when trying to resolve my query. Even though I was so frustrated about the situation she really made me feel at ease and was a pleasure speaking to her.
