Excellent and prompt response

I am one person who is drawn to friendliness and feeling that i am important. I recently interacted with Jerome and collections department a very friendly and helpful person who goes an extra mile. I had challenges with my policy but he resolved them instantly even follows up with the dealer to check if everything was correct. Secondly, it was Boitumelo from Customer service , i had a challenge with the mileage that i was supposed to service as i use less millage . Boitumelo took the liberty to follow up what the issue was and rectified and my service was approved in no minutes.
