Endless Problems

I am a client with Liquid Capital for a few years now and its just one problem after the other to get approval to do any work on your vehicle. From incorrect debit orders, to incorrect capturing of information. I pay them every month on time but when its time to claim there is always a delay, my vehicle even spent the night at the dealer for a battery to be approved. currently the new policy that I took out after my old one expired was captured wrong and my new brake pads cant be approved. I have been being for the new policy for 8 months, hope some can help??
