Don't waste your money

I purchased a two-year service plan from Liquid Capital lonem, but I was deeply dissatisfied with their service. During my first attempt to claim, I was informed that certain items were not covered. I didn't mind and paid the difference. However, during my second attempt, I missed the service kilometers due to traveling to Cape Town for a funeral. Unfortunately, Liquid Capital lonem refused to pay. It's disappointing that companies don't prioritize their customers and instead look for ways to avoid paying out on savings plans that are funded with personal money. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.
