DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Take note when you buy your next 450k brand new SUV make sure the service and maintenance plans is not with this company.
they find any excuse to no servers your car. Took my SUV for 15K service just to find out they rejected the services because its a few months too late... i mean too late for what? and its still with in the 3 year service warranty. what a ****!!!!
