DO NOT JOIN LIQUID CAPITAL!!!!!!!
This has to be the WORST company to ever involve yourself in. They cancelled my policy WITHOUT letting me know. My car is due for service in a week’s time and they did not bother to inform me. I ask if i will get my previously debited premiums and they said no without any reason. I can NEVER understand why these motor dealerships suggest companies like Liquid Capital to assist us with services which they do not even provide. I hope NO ONE joins this company or else you will regret. Hyundai you need to get better companies to assist your customers or else you will lose customers.

29 May 2025, 11:39You guys are absolutely insane. If you read my complain on hello peter and understood what my issue is, you would have underStood exactly what i was complaining about. But clearly it seems like the service recovery team don’t know their job and do not know customer service. From my first call with your agent, i asked WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE CANCELLATION??? and he continued to say it’s in our policy. What is in your policy? The fact that you do not inform clients? You really are a ridiculous bunch of unprofessional individuals. I still want to know why was i not informed in black and white please.
