Liquid Capital don't care about costumers all they care about is taking money. I went through the customer service complain '***' Mon 2019/11/04 12:54 PM I received no feedback.... Went through their Facebook complain only then I was called by a lady Isayvani Naiker who also couldn't assist and said she will get back to me by cob 8/11/19 .

Please assist in regards with my service plan.

I have been paying my service plan for months only defaulted in September, to my surprise October the debit order did not go off when I called I was inform that the plan is been cancelled that’s the term and condition. Which they fail to provide to me.

I never received any phone call that the plan will be cancel or make arrangement to pay the shortfall.

This is the rip-off - As I never even took my car for a service on this cover.
