DISRESPECTFUL AND UNRULY: BONISWA THUSI

I'm disgusted by the stinking attitude, the disrespect and the level of unprofessionalism that one receives from the customer agents at liquid capital. Boniswa Thusi the collections advisor, was very disrespectful and unbelievably rude. I'm going to take action against her. I won't be taking any service plan with this company. I'm shocked.
