Dishonest, Poor Service

Unacceptable service from this company, I have taken out a 3 year Maintenance Plan with liquid capital, with my last service being on 9th April, i contacted the call center to find out when my plan will expire as i haven't really used my vehicle due to the covid pandemic. the agent advised April 9th is the last date, so i went an booked a service for this date, to my surprise when they needed to approve the service/repairs they decided that my plan have expired and that they will only cover a normal service, no maintenance repairs despite it being a "MAINTENENCE" Plan. it was literally rejected and they only covered a service, what type of business are you running ripping customers off like that? i will be taking this further.
