Disc declined because they prematurely depleted

I have never had such terrible service in the history of running our business, more especially our fleet. We bought a Kia Sportage in October 2015 and have been having issues with the breaks almost every 3 months. When the car is due for service we'd take it in and be advised that the brake discs are on 60% and a month later brakes makes funny noise and when we take the car in for service we are told that the discs are finished. Liquid capital will cover 1 out of ten and the rest it would make up excuses that the disc prematurely depleted and therefore will not cover. this has been happening since 2016 and we would lodge a complaint and the response from Liquid Capital would be that the decision made by the Authorisation Technical can not be disputed and this was communication from Makgone Koto who's the service consultant at Liquid Capital. I have been try to get this escalated since last month the 15th and our car has been with Kia to date because there's no response from Liquid Capital about escalating our dispute. we've been paying for the these brakes unfairly so because what's the use of paying for a service plan monthly and when it has to cover the repairs there are now clause that just materialise. our business has been affected because our car is parked at Kia The Glen waiting for this dispute to be resolve. I am very dismayed by this silent treatment we are getting from Liquid Capital and Kia because if our brakes are faulty they should have repaired them long time ago as we've complained to them as well that it's very unusual for discs to have such a short life span and they never came back to us with a solution or a reason for the premature depleting. I hope this gets someone's attention as your call centres were no use to us in this regard
