Disappointed loyal customer

Very Bad service highly not Recommend!

So last month 6th of July 2020 I’ve called into Liquid capital to update my banking details as I’ve changed banking accounts By doing all of this to just change an account number tooked long waiting time after 7 calls Either they drop the call or put you through 100 of other consultants. Anyway so Today I’m due for a service and was told my plan has lapsed closed down on the 10th July 2020 While I’ve Told the this person Thaton to update the account and do the debit order well that has been done I assume my money has been taken and my service plan been closed. I’ve been calling back in to solve this matter or renew the plan but no I get put on hold longer than 15min Eventually someone in sales department very rudely answered and ask how can she help I told her why I’m Calling and I was told we all on lunch @ 14:37 And dropped the call. I work for OUTsurance and this behavior is unacceptable!! Sadly to say this company can just close their doors once and for all if this is how they treat their clients Not by one employee but mostly all of them.

Worst of all jobs are rare and those staff does not deserved to have jobs nor income as there is So many people out their seeking jobs Suffering and can probably do it much better to provide for their families I will broadcasts this everywhere no one should recommend or make use of these services.
