Diificulty to get contact details for service request
The hassle with getting the call contact number to check on my service plan was very bad, it took so many clicks until i finally tracked down a contactable number to call, and was then transferred from person to person....very bad customer ease of use, but when they do get in touch with you they are good to deliver the service details.
