Denial of damage to vehicle

My broke down and liquid capital sent a tow truck to fetch it, upon arrival of me fetching me car after it had been serviced I noticed my front bumper had been ********** and there is a scratch on my car. They have been sending me back and forth between themselves and the towing compant instead of sorting out the damage on the vehicle. I have been waiting for feed back for about 2 weeks now and every time I call the agent I initially dealt with is conviniently busy and cannot take my call. I am disappointed and disgusted by the customer service I have received from them and the way they keep running away from resolving this issue
