DELAYING TO ISSUE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE SERVICE

We took our car to Kia dealership in Gold Reef City yesterday 13-01-2020 for a service. we called liquid capital and were given the go ahead to take the car for a service. The car slept at the dealership as we took it there yesterday after work. today i got a call that Liquid capital does not want to pay for the service done as they say the car didn't yet reach 175.000 Km's. But what we were told last time( Kia Pretoria Fountains, when we took it for 135.000 was that we must take it for a service when it reaches 150.000. The car is there already that we must fetch it but how can we fetch it without them paying for a service? Matshediso Masoetsa promised to send Authorization to the dealership but she didn't do that. we have never skipped any payment ever since we bought a car in March 2018, so this is really bad customer service that we are receiving from Liquid Capital.

Liquid capital did pay for the service of our car as they promised. Matshidiso Masoetsa did indeed send Authorization to Kia Dealership in Gold Reef City. But i just hope that Liquid capital can treat all their Customers with nothing but respect and do what they promised their clients that they will take care of their needs when the time comes. But thumbs up also to Kia( Gold Reef) employees. Their Customer service is so excellent from the driver, receptionist and also to Princess. They go all out to make you feel appreciated, that you are a Client who needs that excellent treatment. so to Kia, keep on doing what you do best, your business will grow bigger.
