Deducting money after contract has ended

I took a warranty and wear & tear policy with Motor happy which is under LiqiudCapital and my contract with them ended in September but until this day they are still deducting money from my account. I called them and I spoke to one rude lady who said my contract has ended so there's no reason for them to be deducting my money. So can you please refund me the money I paid you for the last 5 months
