Decline of Claim - Unprecedented

My policy document does not clearly state that a Brake Flush is not included, it does however state in my policy document that Brake and Clutch Fluid are included in wear and tear.

Liquid Capital declined my claim for brakes to be flushed and would not provide evidence in policy wording where it excludes this.

I will be taking this to the Ombuds and TCF and this is not the first time they have incorrectly declined a claim!
