Decided to take out an extended service plan with Liquid Capital for my vehicle

Decided to take out an extended service plan with Liquid Capital for my vehicle. Really friendly customer service, and very helpful. Unfortunately I had an issue with my debit order that wasn't loaded correctly - and when I queried, I immediately got a case nr. Not even 24hrs later I received the follow up call that my issue was sorted out. Great customer service. This is the second time that I've taken a service plan with Liquid Capital, (with almost a 5year gap) and being a returning customer, I am happy that their customer service is still the high quality that I had before.
