Debit your bank but no service plan

<p>A year ago my vehicle went in for a 75 000 km service, which was the last one on my service plan which was sold with the purchase of the vehicle. Liquid Capital contacted me to extend the service plan for another 2 services to which I agreed. One year later after paying my premiums to liquid capital for a year, I take my vehicle in for the service, SURPRISE my service plan was terminated. On calling liquid capital I am told the service plan sold to me last year was for up to 60 000kms, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE when I just did the 75 000Km service. Is the sales person stupid or is this intentional.</p>
