Debit order

I have two debit orders that went off my account under ABL on the 18th of May which am not sure of. I can't reverse it went to the branch to find out i was advised that because it's under debicheck it can't be reversed because i agreed for the money to be debited even if they check it will just give them a reference number which i don't recall. Tried goggling the company or whatever it is..didn't win
