I honestly just want to say thank you to Susan. She may think she was doing her job but she’ll honestly never know how much it meant to me. Something she may deem so small truly had such a huge impact in my life. I honestly would love to thank her from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond especially in a situation where I was beyond distraught. May God continue to bless her abundantly
