Costly Mistake by Liquid Capital and their Call Centre Agents

<p>I have a policy that I took via Motohappy and I think Liquid Capital is the company. I booked my car at the dealer as per their requirement. I informed the dealer to seek approval before commencing witht the work on the vehicle. They called Liquid capital for authorisation and they said my claim does not qualify to claim for brake pads. I then called them to inquire about it, they then conceded the policy was loaded wrong, it was supposed to be loaded as Booster instead of normal service plan.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my car is waiting at the dealer, I have spent over R300 of airtime calling them and It seems like I am been given attitude from the customer care agents.</p> <p> </p>
