So yesterday I dropped my Hyundai Sonata 2.4 GLS Executive (with registration CFG28182) for its 90 000 km service at the Stellenbosch Hyndai service station with my service plan book. So when I returned one of the ladies from the shop asked as to whether I was given a quotation? And I said no because my car is still on a service plan and she rep**** to say that my service and maintenance has been terminated. She then asked if the station at which I did my last service had not informed me that I was doing my last service at 75 000 km as my service plan would expire sometime in Jan or Feb 2016 and I said no. I have never been informed by Liquid Capital of this nor was I even given options to extend my service plan. Of course had I known that my service had been terminated, I wouldn't have done my service at Hyundai at all. So yesterday I had to pay an amount of R6017.80 which I had not been aware of. I paid because I didn't want to complicate things. I am very angry and Hyundai and whoever the he*l is Liquid Capital for keeping me in the dark and also for not even asking me as to whether they should continue with my servicing my car (when they learnt that the car was not on a service plan any longer) because I had my service book at hand and given it to Hyundai Stellenbosch under the impression that my service plant was still on only to be served with a bill that you didn't expect. I am certainly taking this complaint to the Consumer Court, I can't be fooled like that.
