Consultants not returning calls - one week

<p>My vehicle dealership phoned Liquid Capital on Wed 12/7 to contact me with regards to extension of motor plan. Current one expired 30/6.</p> <p> </p> <p>A lady, unfortunately cannot remember her name phoned me about 12h30. At the same time her call came through I had a delivery at the gate and requested her to phone back in a few minutes. I could her in her voice that she was not happy with this request. Needless to say, no one phoned back.</p> <p> </p> <p>The past Friday I received a sms saying they try to phone me and if I still require assistance, I should reply YES and I will get a call shortly. No calls received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Earlier this morning, 18/7 I repied to that same SMS that I would like someone to phone me. Its now 3ph and no call received.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is poor customer service!</p>
