Complaint

I have had a horrible experience with Liquid Capital. My service plan was settled in 2018. A debit order was deducted from my bank account on the 25th of July 2020. 2 years after the plan was settled. Every time I contact them I am transferred to Collections. No one can tell me when I will get my money back.
