I took out a car service plan through motor happy / underwriten by Liquid capital.

The policy was taken out in march and my 1st installment was from April, the terms were that I had to pay 4 months installemnts firts before I could send my car for its first service.

Following their rules I took my car for its first service on Wednesday 5 July.

I phoned customers service on Tuesday to ensure that my policy is active and that I had the ok for the service.

While booking my car in at the service centreI was told that my car's service policy has expired on 90 000 km: I found this very strange since I bought my car with a couple more KM's on the clock.

It turned out that the lady who handled my policy never entered the correct vin number or number plate number into the new policy.

I had to resent (done in the begining when I took out the policy) a copy of the license disk as well as a Natis letter from the bank in order to have my policy activated.

All paperwork was sent through in the morning by 11am.

After numerous phone calls from the service center and myself the lady very rudely said the policy was active. She went as far as to slam the phone down and cut of the conversation

My car was only approved for service at 3:50 pm. since the service center closes at 5 pm they rushed through my service to have the car ready.

this resulted in 2 problems.

1: my car was not washed

2: by Friday it was leaking oil

I phoned the service center and they were nice enough to send someone out to my work place and fix the oil leak.

I have send numerous e mails to the company regarding the bad service I have received but to no awail. I am yet to receive a reply.
