Complain resolved
I had a problem with my service plan, which expired before I had reached the mileage limit. I complained to them and this platform, had my car serviced and paid for it. They then got back to me later to inform me that I would be able to have my car serviced for the one service I was entitled to. They even helped me get my refund back from the dealer, who was very reluctant.
