Competent consultants. The first consultant service, was super, I wanted to extend my service since my car went in for the 90k service. The consultant advised me to inform the dealership that my service has been extended to 120kilos, I dont have to pay for it myself. I requested a contract that confirmed that, he mentioned another department which he is going to forward my call works with such requests and he did exactly that. Upon landing in that department, the lady there was amazing as well. She explained that although they do not keep such contracts but the dealers, she will send me an email that confirms that my car service includes 105 and 120kilos. She further reminded me of the dent cover that I have with liquid capital that I pay for every single month but I had forgotten about it. Well done!!
