I took a policy to extend the service plan on my Hyundai Elantra, as the plan would expire before the last service due to the sell dates of the previous owner, this is where liquid capital saved their 1st R5500 as the vehicle would not go for its last service, after taking out a extended plan and paying for such a plan, I failed to book the service on its yearly interval (personal reasons). I book the vehicle that is still way within its kilometers for a service to have it rejected, again liquid capital saves another R5500. I request cancellation of such policy in order to get back the R4000 I have paid to them which they now refuse to pay back. Liquid Capital does not care for its clients, their personal struggles nor your vehicle's well being. I would not suggest anyone to make use of them.
