Cheated out of a service

I am terribly appalled by the service received from Liquid Capital in terms of paying out for my 60 000km service. I took my car in for a service last Saturday in which I was told after waiting 3 hours that Liquid Capital refused to pay for the service saying I brought it in late. I then was told I should contact them on the Monday which I did I had spoken to a Phinius Phala whom I had no joy speaking to. I requested to speak to management he had gotten his team leader to speak to me. This team leader had promised upon requesting for the call recording she would get back to me by the Tuesday this was not done. I called the Wednesday asking if the call was listened to I was advised yes it was I had requested for the call recording to listen to it myself before she could state a favourable outcome on the companies side as it is my right to listen to the recording she said she could only get it to me the next day. As unhappy as I was I reluctantly agreed because if you listened to the recording you should have it on hand. The Thursday came I had received no recording. It is now Saturday I sit with no recording and an undercover car. Liquid capital took my money very easily however failed to fulfill their part of the deal. Recording not received and I'm not getting any joy as no one is allowing me to speak to higher management to have this resolved. I quite disgruntled having dealt with a bunch of ******
