Catch

I've taken out a policy with liquid capital...and I haven't made 4 payments so I got a better deal with vw s.a for service and warranty plan that active after the first payment and liquid need 4payments so now I want to cancel it cause I've got a better 1,so now when I've asked for refund they saying there fees that I need to pay and stuff but I haven't even used the policy to service the vehicle nothing.
