Cash out a Bad service Plan
I am a super annoyed customer and believe that I have been mislead. I took my car to Hyundai this morning to be serviced as it is due. I get notified by the dealer that my service plan has expired and that this service will have to be cash. Now I have been with Liquid Capital for 7yrs and prior to this, my plan has also expired and I also only found that out the day of it being serviced and I was given a renewed service plan that covered my service for that day and to follow.
When calling the Liquid Capital consultant initially, I was told that I still owe R500 on the service plan and that I will need to pay it over 2 months. Then I called again and spoke to Andile (who was absolutely no help) and told me that my plan expired after 135 000km and that they don't have a department that tells customers their plans expire. Couldn't tell me that my 150 000km service will be covered when it was done before? Create expectations that are beyond them. Spoke to the rudest supervisor (Thululi) ever, that took 4 minutes to get to the phone, who spoke over me and when I called her out on it she told me that she will release the call because I am insulting her. "You are not the only customer we deal with", "that's the importance of policy documents", "we are not other companies", "we are already running a loss on your policy",she said.- Disgusting service!
My frustration and anger is directed at Liquid Capital for: 1. Not notifying clients that there policies expire (we are in 2018, they call you, sms, email, use social media) and I have to constantly find out when I take my car for services 2. Create expectations that cannot be managed (they have done it before) 3. Ridiculous and disgusting service from the staff 4. Inconsistent information - People have no idea what they speaking about 5. Putting me out of pocket for the rest of the month
I don't advise anyone to deal with technologically disadvantaged company
